Ruth Chang will be the 2026 BIAP Distinguished Visitor.

Ruth Chang is Chair and Professor of Jurisprudence at the University of Oxford. She works on the nature of normativity, practical reason, agency, rationality, population ethics. Recently she has delved into AI and the alignment problem.
